Return and exchanges

Subject to the following, we will gladly refund you by mail or at the branch of your choice, according to the original method of payment, any unworn merchandise in perfect resale condition and in its original box.
You have up to 30 days following the shipping date tomake a return.
*Restrictions: Final sale on any merchandise reduced by 50% or more. -

- You will need your email address and your order number to make your request.
- Following your request, we will approve your return or exchange request as soon as possible.
- You will then receive an email with a pre-paid return label.
Please note that the initial shipping costs are not refunded and a $4.99 fee is deducted from any refund by mail.

Orders will be shipped by Canada Post within two to seven business days of the invoice date.
